The specification consists of a continuous chain of activities and technologies that make up the process and which are used for e.g:
Risk assessment with identification of hazards and risk factors.
Description of activities and technologies in a CDM project with calculation of associated greenhouse gas emissions.
Execution of validation and qualification
Validation which documents that a program provides a high degree of assurance that a specified process, method or system will constantly produce a result meeting predetermined acceptance criterion.
Qualification which documents that installations have been checked to be in accordance with drawings, P&ID and current requirements and standards within the industry.
Preparation of technical documents
Technical sales documents.
Assembly and mounting description of individual components or complete installations performed in consultation with the designer and described in an easily understandable and accessible way for the recipient
Test description of components and installations also performed in consultation with the designer.
Maintenance and operation manuals.
Preparation of project documentation
The preparation is made according to plant contract and consists of e.g:
Technical documentation that describes and documents the technical plant's design, function, construction and compliance with regulatory requirements. E.g. instructions, guidelines, reports, technical 2D drawings, 3D models, process diagrams etc.
Component data used in operation and maintenance. E.g. data sheets, certificates, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, installation descriptions etc.
